Yoga Classes in Blackheath, London

Spring is here! And that means a new yoga schedule!

What times and days would you like to have a yoga class in the heart of Blackheath Standard?

Do you enjoy fast-paced classes, full of energy in the mornings—or a more laid-back vibe to relax in the evenings?

Or yoga in the afternoon to shake up your day, recharge or take some well-deserved time for yourself?

Or all of the above?

I’d like to hear from you!

If there is enough interest in a particular time/type of vinyasa flow, I can offer that as a regular weekly open session. Let’s build the new schedule together.

Spring is full of possibilities!

With love and the power of spring,

Erika
